The Southern-Fried Gaming Expo (SFGE) is a 3-day fan convention focused exclusively on gaming. SFGE boasts over 300 full-sized arcade games, pinball machines, and console systems, along with tabletop gaming, vendors, special guest speakers, wrestling, tournaments and panels! If you think of a panel that would be a great fit for SFGE then please read our submission rules below and submit a panel.

Things to know before you apply:

Panel submissions are open until June 1st, 2023. Only those panels which are chosen to present at the event will be contacted.

Panels slots are typically 60 minutes in length, but longer panels may be considered depending on content.

Panels are not to be a sales presentation. Retail transactions inside panel rooms will not be permitted.

Panel rooms come with a standard AV set up including a projector/screen and 3 – 4 microphones. No additional AV will be provided. Panelists are not permitted to modify room AV.
