We are actively searching for console vendors for a special FRIDAY/SATURDAY area at the Southern-Fried Gaming Expo. This special area is unique and limited to console and game sellers. A single vendor area comes with 1 table, 1 chair and 1 vendor badge. A double comes with 2 tables, 2 chairs and 1 vedors badge. Additional vendor badges can be purchased at a discount with your selection. 1 additional per table. LIMIT 2 tables per vendor.

You can now apply to be a vendor by completing our online vendor application. If approved, you will receive an invoice for your space. Payment of the invoice guarantees your spot. We reserve the right to restrict vendors that do not directly fit with our show theme or do not work within restrictions of our space.

VENDOR SETUP
All vendors must check-in upon arrival to receive your table assignment and badges prior to unloading. Setup will begin for this area Friday July 28, 2023 at 9am and must be complete and ready by 3pm. If you have any questions about vendor setup, please email info@southernfriedgameroomexpo.com

Only show staff, vendors and game deliveries will be permitted in the show hall prior to 3:00pm on Friday. The show hall will officially open at 3:00pm on Friday to ticket holders.

Blocking visibility of other exhibitors with merchandise or signage is prohibited.
